Client Intervention/Case Management
Often the first point of entry for many of the agency’s consumers, this program provides information, medical referrals, support, non-clinical counseling, advocacy and crisis intervention to people with disabilities and their families.  Easter Seals assists children and adults who want to come out of nursing homes and live at home in their communities.
