Ticket to Success (Ticket to Work Program)
If you receive Suplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and are interested in returning to work, we can help.
Supported Employment
Easter Seals North Texas provides Supported Employment Services as a provider for The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and the Division of Blind Services (DBS). We also can take private pay if necessary.
Supported Employment is a one-on-one intensive approach to job placement. Our highly trained employment consultants work individually with each job seeker and acts as the job seekers advocate to the business community. The Employment Consultant will develop a relationship with the employer that best fits your employment needs. Job coaching and on-going follow up helps ensure longevity and future advancement and success.
Job Placement
Easter Seals Employment Services can also assist those more able to participate in their own job search. With Job Placement Services clients receive resume instruction, job skills search training and job leads. Our Employment Consultants develop business relationships in order to assist you in your job search.
